Hey there! I’m Alex Marrow
I’m your biggest business supporter! Let me tell you a bit about myself…
I grew up in a Latin Jesus-loving family in south Florida, and later went on to attend Florida State University! I studied Criminal Justice (I know, nothing to do with business…but it did give me a fascination for people and their stories). After graduating, I worked for the Governor’s Office, leading orientation for new hires, interns, and Gubernatorial Fellows. After that, I became a Child Advocate Manager, advocating for children in the Dependency System. Later, I took on an Operations Director role in a local church, where I wore many hats and grew in creativity and leadership! Most recently, I have been in Talent Acquisition for City Year AmeriCorps.
For fun, I create content on YouTube with my husband, spend time with friends and family, cook, drink great coffee, travel, and workout! I’m married to THE Troy Marrow, and together we live in California!

Being on Good Morning America!
My husband and I met on Instagram via another friend posting me on his stories, Alton Buggs (or Alton Kiing). Our engagement story went viral through Alton’s Instagram post, and we were interviewed by Good Morning America a few months later to cover our story! This was super unexpected, to say the least, but it will always be one of my fun facts! Check out the article here.
And if that wasn’t crazy enough…The Tamron Hall Show Flew Us Out?
A few months after the GMA interview, the Tamron Hall Show flew us out for a segment called “Full Circle Moments” to talk about our engagement story. Sure, I may have only said 5 words on the show, but “TV guest” will now be on my resume, thank you very much (flips hair). Shout out to the matchmaker himself, Alton!

Alex’s Values
Integrity
What we believe and what we do go hand in hand. We demonstrate integrity with our words and actions in our work and how we engage with clients.
Consistency
We have a daily practice of increasing our skills and knowledge in our work. We believe that the determination to get 1% better each time will return fruitful in the long-run.
Family
We encourage others to live the life that God designed for them, and in order to do that well, we believe that family must be a priority. We have parameters in place that prioritize the health of marriage and family, for both our service providers and clients.
Discipline
We hold ourselves to a high standard, both in our personal and professional lives. Competition is highest for those who have little discipline. So if we want to make a noticeable difference, we must be and remain disciplined.
Humility
We believe that an attitude of genuine service towards others is an outward act of humility. Jesus is the greatest example, and we must follow. Therefore, we believe in practicing humility through a posture of service.
Courage
We pursue saying “yes” with boldness and soundness of mind and motivation. Some say “do it scared,” but we will aim to “do it with courage.”
